Woodchip Selection Chart
Adding woodchips to your bbq fire is a great way to enhance smoke flavor. It's best use pre-soaked chips and wrap them in an aluminim foil pouch with lots of holes in it if you are using a gass grill. This will keep the ashes from cloggin your burners. If your cooking with charcoal you can add wood chips or chunks directly to a hot fire.
